The individual will handle both corporate and commercial legal matters along with regulatory and compliance responsibilities. This is an opportunity to take a senior role in a company at the cutting edge of their industry.

業務内容:

• 企業ガバナンスに関する指導と変更の管理。
• グループ内契約や内部規則の管理。
• 商業契約の起草および確認。
• ビジネス関係者への法的アドバイス。
• 規制ライセンスの管理と、政府の規制への準拠。
• 社内の規制監査の実施。
• グループの法的統合に関する議論の促進。

応募資格・スキル:

• 日本での弁護士の資格。
• 法務・コンプライアンスの分野での3年以上の経験。
• 政府または企業内法務の経験は尚可。
• 金融機関の規制に関する知識。
