We are looking for a Head of HR focused on Change Management for a global B2B services company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with international HR teams to set and implement HR goals that match global priorities.

- Develop and guide a successful HR team, focusing on achieving goals and personal development.
- Keep up with legal changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Use data insights to improve HR processes and strategies.
- Oversee talent acquisition and management, focusing on effective onboarding and retention.
- Manage employee benefits and wellness programs to keep them current and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skilled in various HR functions like employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
- HR Certification such as CIPD or HRCI.
- Experience in a global HR role within the B2B services sector.
