Specialized Group is assisting a leading client in the eCommerce & consumer goods sector in recruiting a Head of Finance in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage the finance department.
• Direct long-term financial and business planning.
• Manage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and derive insights.
• Handle financial forecasting and related strategies.
• Conduct variance analysis against projected forecasts.
• Supervise regular planning cycles aligned with business targets.
• Work with senior leadership to set financial and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 10 years' of relevant experience.
• Experience in Retail/Consumer Goods/eCommerce (preferred).
• Expertise in FP&A, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Leadership experience at Senior Manager, Director or VP levels.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software.
