Our client are a global retail company, seeking a Head of Finance to lead all Japan financial operations. You'll report to the CEO and collaborate internationally.

This is a team management position. The suitable candidate will be an experienced leader and strategic thinker.

業務内容:

• 国内外の経営陣との戦略的財務ガイダンスを提供。
• 予算編成、予測、会計、コンプライアンスを含む会社の財務面のすべてを管理。
• 専門的な成長と高いパフォーマンスを促進する財務チームの開発と指導。
• 外部団体との契約交渉と関係管理。
• 事業目標とコンプライアンスを支援するための財務システム、プロセス、および管理体制の強化。
• 政府機関、専門法人、地主との連携を通じて会社の運営をサポート。
• 成長イニシアチブをサポートするための財務データの分析。

応募資格:

• 財務または関連分野の学士号取得者であり、MBA保持者が望ましい。
• リテール業界でのリーダーシップ経験を含む、財務職での10年以上の経験。
• 日本の財務規制、税制、法制度に関する知識。
• 強力な分析的思考能力と戦略的計画スキル。
• 効果的なリーダーシップとチーム開発能力。
