Main Responsibilities:

• - Assist with leading the Guest Services team; promote a culture of high-quality service.
• - Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager to improve guest satisfaction.
• - Develop strategies to improve team performance / service quality.
• - Oversee the upkeep and safety of hotel public areas
• - Oversee VIP customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• - Business-level English
• - Conversational Japanese
• - Luxury / VIP client service experience.
• - Strong background in customer service and / or hotels.
