Specialized Group is recruiting for a leading consumer tech company in need of a Global Learning & Development Senior Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on global responsibility and management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted leader & team manager.
• Work directly with executive leadership team.
• Design and oversee global training programs, including selective and leadership training.
• Work with the global HR team to standardize training initiatives across the company.
• Monitor and report on training-related metrics.
• Effective management and delivery of training programs.
• Collaboration with international HR teams and partners.
• Problem-solving for executive-level requests.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years in management or leadership.
• At least 5 years in talent development.
• Experience in creating training programs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capability in coaching and consultation.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese
