Our client in the medical device industry is looking for a Global Head of Trade Compliance Operations.

This important role involves leading the company's global trade compliance efforts. You will play a key role in creating a streamlined trade operations framework to ensure compliance in a fast-changing global market.

職務内容：

- 国際および国内規制に従った貿易コンプライアンスプログラムの開発・運営
- リスク管理プロセスの確立による全運営分野のサポート
- 法務、サプライチェーンなどの部門と連携し、コンプライアンスを確実にする
- サプライヤーや社内チームのコンプライアンス確認のための監査手続きの管理
- 日々の運営管理および規制遵守の監督
- 業務効率化とコンプライアンス問題の軽減策の実施
- 研究開発、IT、財務チームと協力し、貿易規制対応ポリシーを確立
- 中核チームをリードし、地域チームを監督して効果的なプロセスを実現

応募資格：

- 経営学、サプライチェーンマネジメント等の学士号。上級学位があれば尚可
- 貿易コンプライアンスにおける10-15年のリーダーシップ経験
- グローバル貿易規制に関する知識、優れた英語力、チェンジマネジメント経験
