Our client are a global hospitality group, recruiting a FP&A controller.

This position overs strategic responsibility, a generous salary, and a clear career path for more senior positions in financial management / business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee large-scale investments (such as property investments).
• Conduct financial simulations and investment evaluations; ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze financial trends to prepare accurate annual budgets and forecasts.
• Update financial processes and investment criteria.
• Provide clear financial reports.
• Work collaboratively across departments; ensure cohesive financial strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in finance and/or business management planning.
• Ability in financial simulation, capital investment planning, and/or budget management.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
