Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily F&B operations for smooth service delivery
- Lead and develop F&B team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain luxury service standards in F&B operations
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Collaborate with departments for seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:

- Experience in luxury or premium hotel environment
- 3+ years of management experience in F&B operations
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control in F&B
- Experience with health & safety regulations in hospitality
- Proficiency in team leadership and development
