Key Responsibilities:
- - Perform client fund reconciliations and calculate capital needs.
- - Prepare monthly regulatory reports and assist in audits.

Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, mathematics, or sciences.
- - Over four years of finance or accounting experience.
- - Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.
- - Familiar with Japanese GAAP and financial regulatory reporting.
- - Able to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
- - Experience with computerized systems; Oracle Financials knowledge is a plus.
