Our client, a leading international proprietary high-frequency trading company, is seeking a Financial Director based in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to oversee local operations and act as a key liaison between global finance teams and local partners. With a competitive base salary of 21-22 million plus incentives, this position promises high compensation and a global culture.

主要業務内容：

- 日本国内の業務監督
- グローバルファイナンスチームと現地パートナーとの連携
- 財務監督および運営活動の調整
- 日本の財務規制への準拠を確保
- 銀行、監査法人、法律顧問との関係管理

応募資格：

- 日本語および英語に堪能（口頭および文書）
- 金融サービス、通信、暗号通貨、トレーディング分野での経験
- 日本の法規制、暗号通貨規制、または金融フレームワークの知識
- 日本国内での銀行、監査法人、法律顧問との業務経験
- 法務、ファイナンス、または会計のバックグラウンド
- 経済学、法学、経営学、ファイナンス、会計の学士号
- CPA、CFA、CAIA、ACCA、または法律資格があれば尚可
- 高頻度取引環境での経験があれば尚可（必須ではありません）
- 必要に応じてフルタイムまたはパートタイムでの勤務が可能な方
