Our client are a global leader in FMCG, recruiting a Finance Manager specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

Responsibilities:

• - Drive go-to-market strategies, new product launches, and customer initiatives.
• - Perform APAC cost-to-serve analyses to optimize ROI and spending.
• - Lead initiatives for Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and cost-to-serve across core brand-market combinations in Japan.
• - Work with regional and local partners to meet sales targets.
• - Provide recommendations to balance risks and opportunities.
• - Drive APAC 3-5 year strategy planning and align short- and long-term financial plans.
• - Develop long-range growth models and strategic choices for the brand portfolio.
• - Manage a team.

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business finance.
• - Team management ability.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
• - Experience in a multinational company (preferred).
• - Experience in the consumer product industry (preferred).
