Finance Business Partner (Full Remote OK!! Great Work-Life Balance)

Our client are b2c leader, recruiting a Finance Business Partner for Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in developing business plans and annual budgets.
• Create and track KPI dashboards.
• Analyze variances; manage capital expenditures.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings.
• Review / support financial simulations for proposals.
• Serve as PMO and Financial Consultant for projects.
• Generate sales reports, analyze data, and share insights.
• Conduct pre- / post-promotion analysis (eg ROI and other key KPIs).
• Conduct numerical simulations of costs; propose and implement cost-saving measures.
• Support annual production planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience (eg. as a Business Analyst / Finance Analyst).
• Experience managing departmental profit and loss.
• Retail or manufacturing industry experience (preferred).
• Advanced numerical analysis and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in data processing (SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
• CPA or MBA (preferred, but not mandatory).
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
