Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer for a major manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and performing on-site maintenance, installation, and testing of the company's products and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair customers' products and systems
• Perform on-site installation, setup, and testing
• Provide technical support to customers
• Collect and report technical data in the field
• Communicate with customers professionally and build trust

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in a field such as electrical, electronics, mechanical, or automotive engineering
• Fluency in both English and Japanese for communication with customers
• Proficiency in using computers and various devices
• Experience in technical support or field work
• Professional demeanor and ability to build trust with customers

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and be comfortable in a customer-facing role. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, they will have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
