【Main Responsibilities】
As the incumbent, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Understand the region and customer base and create and execute maintenance service strategies accordingly
- Propose improvements to maintenance service operations and functional and design enhancements for new product development based on user feedback
- Manage the installation, upgrade, and relocation of equipment
- Perform periodic inspections, on-call inspections, and repair work for customers in the assigned region
- Manage maintenance parts
- Conduct on-site training for customers and prepare user manuals and support materials
- Provide feedback of customer information to the sales team
- Inspect and maintain in-house equipment and train internal users
- Oversee the FSE team in the APAC region in the future
【Qualifications】
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
MUST
- At least 5 years of experience as a field engineer in the field of physical and chemical instruments, medical equipment, or other precision instruments
- Understanding of and interest in our technologies and products
- Minimum English proficiency required to perform duties (understanding of English manuals, simple written and verbal communication with overseas customers)
WELCOME
- Experience as a field engineer for flow cytometers
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science (electrical, optical, mechanical engineering)
- Business-level English proficiency
