Field service engineer(Biotech, up to 12m)

【Main Responsibilities】

As the incumbent, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Understand the region and customer base and create and execute maintenance service strategies accordingly
• Propose improvements to maintenance service operations and functional and design enhancements for new product development based on user feedback
• Manage the installation, upgrade, and relocation of equipment
• Perform periodic inspections, on-call inspections, and repair work for customers in the assigned region
• Manage maintenance parts
• Conduct on-site training for customers and prepare user manuals and support materials
• Provide feedback of customer information to the sales team
• Inspect and maintain in-house equipment and train internal users
• Oversee the FSE team in the APAC region in the future

【Qualifications】

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

MUST

• At least 5 years of experience as a field engineer in the field of physical and chemical instruments, medical equipment, or other precision instruments
• Understanding of and interest in our technologies and products
• Minimum English proficiency required to perform duties (understanding of English manuals, simple written and verbal communication with overseas customers)

WELCOME

• Experience as a field engineer for flow cytometers
• Bachelor's degree or higher in science (electrical, optical, mechanical engineering)
• Business-level English proficiency
