主な業務内容：
- 複雑な電子および機械システムの現場での修理、保守、設置
- 課題を発見し、問題解決能力を駆使して解決策を導き、必要に応じて追加サポートを確保
- 半導体装置の新しい開発についての継続的な学習
- 顧客との明確なコミュニケーションを保ち、信頼関係を築き上げるための詳細な記録と報告書の作成
- 現場の専門家として会社を代表し、高い顧客満足度を保証
求める人材：
- 電子工学、工学、または関連分野の学士号を持ち、2年以上の経験、または同等の高度な教育/職務経験
- 電気および機械の回路図、図面、マニュアルを理解できる能力
- クリーンルーム環境で働き、身体的に要求の高い作業を遂行できる能力
- 地域および国際的な出張が可能で、柔軟なシフト勤務（残業やオンコール業務を含む）に対応できること
- Microsoft Officeに堪能し、半導体装置の経験があり、日本語と英語で効果的にコミュニケーションできること
