主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

ファッションアイテムの市場価値を評価

定期的なファッションオークションの掲載をキュレーションおよび編集

日本の販売者との強固な関係を構築・維持

掲載の品質とコンプライアンス基準を遵守

カスタマーサービスチームを支援し、紛争解決をサポート

ネットワーキングを通じて新しい販売者を特定・導入

マーケティングと協力し、オークションの可視性を向上

Evaluate fashion item submissions for market value

Curate and edit regular fashion auction listings

Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese sellers

Ensure listings meet quality and compliance standards

Support customer service teams with dispute resolution

Identify and onboard new sellers through networking

Collaborate with marketing to enhance auction visibility

応募資格 / Qualifications:

日本および国際ファッション市場に関する深い知識

日本語ネイティブでプロフェッショナルな英語力

ラグジュアリーファッションの小売、評価、またはキュレーションの経験

特にバッグに関するファッションブランドとトレンドに精通

日本国内のどこからでもリモートで働ける能力

優れたコンピュータスキルとデジタルコミュニケーション能力

Deep knowledge of both Japanese and international fashion markets

Native Japanese speaker with professional English proficiency

Experience in luxury fashion retail, appraisal, or curation

Strong familiarity with fashion brands and trends, especially in bags

Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Japan

Strong computer and digital communication skills
