主な業務内容：

- 日々の施設運営を管理し、地方および国家の法律を遵守。
- 運営効率を維持し、サービスレベル合意（SLA）を達成。
- インシデントおよび変更管理計画の策定を支援し、災害復旧を含む。
- 重要なインシデントを迅速に処理し、影響を最小限に抑え、サービスを保持。
- クライアント、ベンダー、サービスプロバイダーとの関係を維持。
- 施設管理チームを指導・監督。
- 安全プロトコルの遵守を確保。
- 必要な備品や機器の在庫を管理し、発注。
- 文書の作成と維持をサポート。
- 部門間コミュニケーションを促進し、チームワークを促進。
- 施設予算の策定と管理を支援。
- 業界の動向を把握し、プロセスやスケーラビリティの向上に努める。

応募資格：

- 短期大学卒業以上。
- 施設運営とチーム管理の経験が3年以上。
- 強力なコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
- 速いペースの環境でのマルチタスク能力。
- 安全規則の知識。
- 優れたカスタマーサービススキル。
- 機器仕様や契約条件の理解。
- 強力な問題解決能力とリーダーシップスキル。
- CDCP、CDFOM、主任電気技術者、エネルギー管理指定者、または冷凍機械責任者資格。
