Your primary responsibility will be to ensure engineering projects are in line with our strategic objectives and to guarantee efficient and effective product development. You will oversee and develop engineering teams, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in engineering team management

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Experience in leading engineering teams developing new products

- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business leaders

- Fluency in English
