We are helping a top luxury brand find an Employer Branding Recruiter to lead their new graduate hiring in Japan. This important role involves creating strategic hiring plans, guiding executive recruitment, and ensuring a great experience for candidates. You will build a strong talent pipeline and manage the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage recruitment for new graduates and interns to meet company goals and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • - Analyze market and competitors to improve recruitment strategies and attract top candidates.
  • - Implement employer branding initiatives, engage with universities, and support diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • - Work with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs and provide insights on the market and talent.
  • - Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, manage job pitches, applications, and interviews.
  • - Maintain high data quality, report on recruitment progress, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.


Desired Experience & Skills:

  • - At least 3 years of experience in campus recruitment or project management.
  • - Ability to influence others and improve recruitment processes.
  • - Success in fast-paced environments.
  • - Strong skills in organization and project management.
  • - Expertise in recruiting new graduates.
