Our client, a leader in the FMCG industry, is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to drive their ecommerce business development and strategic partnerships.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and negotiate joint business partnerships at a corporate level, while leveraging cutting-edge technology like Amazon Marketing Cloud and Gen AI.

業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

ECパートナーとの共同ビジネスパートナーシップを主導し交渉

ECトレンドを特定し、成長のためのアクションプランを実施

オンライン販売活動の監視と改善

競合、市場、ベストプラクティスの情報収集と分析

各部門のEC戦略・アクションの開発支援

Amazon Marketing Cloudを用いたEC戦略の策定

ECチャネルにおけるリテールメディア運用の最適化

デジタルチームと連携しECイニシアティブを強化

- Lead and negotiate joint business partnerships with ecommerce partners

- Identify ecommerce trends and implement growth action plans

- Monitor and enhance online sales activity

- Manage competitive, market, and best practices intelligence

- Support divisions in developing ecommerce strategy and actions

- Develop ecommerce strategies using Amazon Marketing Cloud

- Optimize retail media operations for ecommerce channels

- Collaborate with digital teams to enhance ecommerce initiatives

応募資格 / Qualifications:

EC戦略と実行における5年以上の経験

日本語と英語が流暢であること

Amazon Marketing Cloudとリテールメディアツールの経験

ShopifyやMagentoなどのECプラットフォームの経験があれば尚可

戦略的パートナーシップおよび交渉の経験

- 5+ years in ecommerce strategy and execution

- Fluent in Japanese and English

- Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud and retail media tools

- Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in strategic partnerships and negotiations
