業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

ECパートナーとの共同ビジネスパートナーシップを主導し交渉

ECトレンドを特定し、成長のためのアクションプランを実施

オンライン販売活動の監視と改善

競合、市場、ベストプラクティスの情報収集と分析

各部門のEC戦略・アクションの開発支援

Amazon Marketing Cloudを用いたEC戦略の策定

ECチャネルにおけるリテールメディア運用の最適化

デジタルチームと連携しECイニシアティブを強化

- Lead and negotiate joint business partnerships with ecommerce partners

- Identify ecommerce trends and implement growth action plans

- Monitor and enhance online sales activity

- Manage competitive, market, and best practices intelligence

- Support divisions in developing ecommerce strategy and actions

- Develop ecommerce strategies using Amazon Marketing Cloud

- Optimize retail media operations for ecommerce channels

- Collaborate with digital teams to enhance ecommerce initiatives

応募資格 / Qualifications:

EC戦略と実行における5年以上の経験

日本語と英語が流暢であること

Amazon Marketing Cloudとリテールメディアツールの経験

ShopifyやMagentoなどのECプラットフォームの経験があれば尚可

戦略的パートナーシップおよび交渉の経験

- 5+ years in ecommerce strategy and execution

- Fluent in Japanese and English

- Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud and retail media tools

- Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in strategic partnerships and negotiations
