【仕事内容】

• 年間および長期的なEコマース戦略の立案・実行
• チームのリードおよびマネジメント
• 季節ごとのマーケットプランの実施
• Eコマースの販売計画の管理
• サイトのマーチャンダイジングとトレーディングツールの管理
• 他のマーケティングチームと連携し、プロモーションやブランディングを最適化
• 各種デジタルプラットフォームにおけるEコマースプロセスの最適化
• KPIの管理およびデジタルストア向けのKPIレポートの作成

【応募資格】

• Eコマースサイトの運営・取引において6年以上の経験
• ファッション、ラグジュアリー、FMCG、またはその他の消費財業界での経験
• 人材管理の経験
