Our client, a lifestyle beauty brand founded in Seoul in 2019, is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize e-commerce operations across multiple regions, enhancing the brand's online presence and driving sales growth. 業務内容:

- ECチャネルの販売および運営管理

- オンラインプロモーション戦略の立案と実行

- 販売データの分析と計画立案

- オンライン注文、配送、在庫管理

- マーケティング、物流、カスタマーサービスチームとの協力

- ECプラットフォームでの顧客体験の最適化

- チャネルプロモーションの機会を見つけ、実行

- Manage e-commerce channel sales and operations

- Establish and execute online promotion strategies

- Analyze sales data and plan accordingly

- Manage online orders, shipping, and inventory

- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams

- Optimize customer experience on e-commerce platforms

- Identify and execute channel promotion opportunities

応募資格:

- オンラインチャネル運営の経験3年以上

- Shopifyの操作に精通していること

- 日本語ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルの英語/韓国語

- 化粧品またはファッション業界での経験があれば尚可

- オンラインプロモーションの企画・実行経験

- データ分析ツール（例：Google Analytics）の経験があれば尚可

- 在庫および配送管理の経験

- 3+ years in online channel operations

- Proficiency in Shopify

- Native Japanese or business-level English/Korean

- Experience in cosmetics or fashion industry is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in planning and executing online promotions

- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in inventory and shipping management
