Key Responsibilities:

- Implement localized e-commerce strategies for Japan

- Analyze e-commerce metrics to enhance UX/UI

- Identify new e-business opportunities for global team

- Manage site merchandising and stock based on local demand

- Set and monitor e-commerce budget and forecasts

- Lead omni-channel projects and optimize results

Qualifications:

- 8+ years in luxury e-commerce

- Native-level Japanese, fluent English

- Experience with Salesforce (SOM) or similar OMS

- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4)

- Experience with e-commerce web platforms and technology

- Strong project management skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
