日々のホテル運営を監督し、高品質なサービスを提供

スタッフを管理・サポートし、チームワークと卓越性を促進

ゲストからの問い合わせに迅速に対応し、満足度を確保

ホテルの方針を遵守し、効率的な運営を維持

各部門と連携し、ゲスト体験と運営の改善を図る

応募資格：

ホテル業界での管理職経験

優れたリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力

問題解決能力に優れ、ゲストサービスに対して前向きな姿勢

ラグジュアリーホテルでの勤務経験があれば尚可

英語に堪能であること（日本語スキルがあれば尚可）
