Our client are a leading hotel group, searching for an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to take a key role in Sapporo.

This is an opportunity to take strategic and operational ownership of all Sales & Marketing functions, beginning from the hotel's pre-opening phase.

職務内容:

• セールスおよびマーケティングチームの指導と管理
• 主要市場セグメントに対する戦略計画の立案
• マーケティング予算の管理と物件特化のキャンペーン策定
• 地域マーケティングチームとの連携によるプロモーション活動の調整
• 市場動向と競合他社の動きの分析を戦略に活かす
• 目標に沿ったセールス戦略の確立とセールスミーティングの実施
• 顧客関係の確立と維持
• セールスから運営への円滑な移行の実現
• 新規ビジネス獲得に向けたセールス活動のリード
• 規準及び法規制の遵守

応募資格:

• ホテル／ホスピタリティ、マーケティング、ビジネス管理分野の学位及び資格を有する（推奨）
• ホテル業界における収益管理とセールスサイクルへの理解
• リーダーシップ経験
• 予算管理と分析スキル
