A leading luxury hotel in Okinawa is looking for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing. This key role is vital for maintaining the hotel's status as a top luxury destination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury hotels, especially with global brands, and a good understanding of the Japanese market.

職務内容：

- 営業分野全体の戦略計画を策定し、目標達成に向けた実行を行う。
- マーケティング運営チームと密に連携し、営業・マーケティング戦略を強化する。
- 営業・マーケティングチームの採用、入社時研修、トレーニングを管理し、成長と発展を促進する。
- マリオット・インターナショナルのツールを最大限に活用し、コンプライアンスの徹底を図る。
- 業界や市場活動に積極的に参加し、必要に応じたリーダーシップを発揮する。

応募資格：

- ラグジュアリーホテルでの営業・マーケティングにおける実績のあるリーダーシップ経験。
- グローバルホテルブランドでの経験があれば尚可。
- 日本市場に対する豊富な知識が強く求められます。
- ラグジュアリー施設の開業、改装、またはリポジショニング経験があれば尚可。
- 日本語の堪能さが必要です。
