We are looking for a skilled Brand Director to lead the growth of a top brand in the FMCG sector in Japan. The right candidate will be strategic, consumer-focused, and able to guide both regional and global brand strategies. This role offers the chance to lead marketing efforts and shape the brand's presence in the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, you will drive brand strength and profits with consumer-focused strategies. You will manage a large advertising budget and work with sales and other teams to align marketing with global goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead and motivate a team to boost brand strength and profits with creative marketing strategies.
  • - Plan and run marketing campaigns using data analysis and various communication channels.
  • - Oversee large advertising budgets and work with global and local teams to develop brand strategies based on Japanese consumer insights.
