We are looking for a Director of Quality to join a leading health foods company in Sagamihara, Japan. This key role involves managing quality assurance efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving product quality to meet company goals. You will oversee Japan's Quality Assurance initiatives and work with global teams to enhance international quality standards.

主な業務内容:

- 品質保証部門をリードし、GMPおよびISO管理システムを導入
- 品質遵守を確保し、顧客およびサプライヤーとの関係を管理
- 品質システム管理および品質バリデーション活動を監督
- ラボを管理し、健康食品安全規制への遵守を保証
- 規制当局との連携、監査およびクライアントからの問い合わせ対応
- 安全および環境基準を促進し、検査およびフォローアップを実施

応募資格:

- 医薬品、食品などのヘルスケア業界における品質保証または品質管理での少なくとも5年以上の管理経験
- 医薬品および食品のGMP、ISO9001およびEHSガイドラインに関する強い知識
- 日本語および英語に堪能な方
- 優れた問題解決および意思決定能力
- チーム管理および継続的改善の経験
- 効果的なステークホルダーとの相互作用のための優れたコミュニケーションスキル
