業務内容

• - 全ての飲食施設、キッチン、スチュワーディングの日常業務を監督
• - 部門のポリシーと運営予算を策定・実施
• - 人員予測を設計し、給与コストを管理
• - 飲食部門内の利益を最大化
• - 運営予算を作成・維持し、定期的に予算会議に出席
• - 飲食部門の部門長を選定・監督
• - 経営陣と協力してホテルの目標と目的を達成
• - ゲストおよびスタッフの問題を迅速かつ専門的に解決
• - 品質管理活動に参加

応募資格

• - 飲食管理職の経験
• - ラグジュアリーホテル業界での経験
• - 強力なリーダーシップとチームマネジメントスキル
• - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
