Key Responsibilities:

  • - Work with clients to create and implement digital marketing plans that meet their goals.
  • - Lead digital marketing campaigns via email, social media (Instagram, X, TikTok), and LINE, and evaluate their performance.
  • - Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging content and manage creative projects.
  • - Develop influencer campaigns and affiliate marketing programs, and analyze their ROI.
  • - Analyze and improve user-generated content (UGC) strategies.
  • - Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase web traffic.
  • - Use tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to track traffic, conversions, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • - Create KPIs, report on results, and suggest improvements to boost client success.
  • - Maintain clear communication with team members and clients and deliver effective presentations.



Qualifications:

  • - Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • - Successful track record with multi-channel strategies, including social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
  • - Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • - Skilled in data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
  • - Experience working with designers and agencies.
  • - Strong presentation and client interaction skills.
  • - Native-level Japanese proficiency.
  • - Experience in advertising operations (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • - Proficient in data analysis tools like Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio.
  • - Experience with global brands or international clients.
  • - Understanding of UGC and social media analysis.
  • - Experience in B2B marketing for lead generation and nurturing.
  • - Team or project management experience.
