Responsibilities

• Be in charge of both global and local technological road-map, working with stakeholders prioritising business needs.
• Partnership with technology and global teams in solution implementation and delivery.
• Adopt and deliver the short-term and long-term functional technology strategy, by aligning Global standards and local needs. Understand overall enterprise architecture and collaborate to ensure conformance
• Identify and partner with the right technology suppliers and specialists to increase business results
• Effectively communicate status of the functional portfolio for business stakeholders

Requirement

• Strong digital & technology capabilities building experience, working closely with business, with knowledge in omni-channel, supply chain and data & analytics
• Experience delivering through Traditional & Agile frameworks
• Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders and handling multiple complex transformation projects and delivering sales and marketing technology capabilities
• Fluency in Japanese and English
