Our client, a global data center and digital infrastructure platform headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Data Center IT, Cybersecurity, Analytics Manager. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead the digital infrastructure, security posture, and analytics capabilities of mission-critical systems, optimizing IT operations and driving data-driven decision-making. The position is full-time and based in Singapore or Japan, with a focus on strategic markets across Asia-Pacific.


Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies
  • - Monitor and respond to security incidents
  • - Oversee analytics platforms for data center performance
  • - Lead IT infrastructure strategy and cloud integration
  • - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • - Manage cybersecurity compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
  • - Implement predictive analytics for system failure anticipation
  • - Supervise IT staff to align with business goals

Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security
  • - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or AWS Security (highly preferred)
  • - Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT management
  • - At least 2 years of experience in a data centre environment
  • - Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization, and secure software development
  • - Experience with analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Splunk
  • - Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR compliance
  • - Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, PAM, MFA, and AI-driven threat detection
  • - Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese (preferred)
