This role focuses on improving customer experience (CX) by identifying key issues through data analysis and user feedback, then driving improvements in product usability and outcomes. You'll propose and coordinate development solutions, monitor KPIs like usage and retention, and define UI/UX requirements. The position involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

  • PdM or Product Strategy Promotion experience in B2B SaaS
  • CS, Customer Success, or product improvement experience
  • Qualitative and quantitative problem analysis skills
  • Business fluency in Japanese
