Customer Success / Renewal IT Sales Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure they get the most value from our solutions, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the main contact for clients, offering proactive and reactive project management support.
- Assist clients in implementing sustainable procurement programs and create strategic account plans to boost client engagement.
- Identify upselling opportunities for additional services and manage contract renewals successfully.
- Work with internal teams to solve client issues and enhance service delivery, providing feedback to the product management team for product improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer management, account management, or consulting.
- Preferred education in areas like supply chain, sustainability, or business.
- Good understanding of SaaS and procurement systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and English is required.
- Skilled in data analysis and presentation tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
