CRM Manager (Native Japanese Speaker, Jewelry)


We are seeking a Native Japanese Speaker with expertise in Event & CRM Management to elevate brand image and strengthen customer relationships through strategic event planning (pop-ups, VIP tours, high jewelry events) and data-driven CRM initiatives in the jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute high-profile events aligned with HQ strategies.
  • Develop and implement CRM programs to enhance customer experiences.
  • Analyze CRM data, generate insights, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Train retail teams on customer journey tools and clienteling apps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build innovative customer journeys.

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese speaker with business-level English.
  • University degree with 5+ years of experience in Event & Marketing, ideally in luxury or jewelry brands.
  • Proven expertise in event planning, CRM programs, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and PC skills.
