This role is responsible for
 
 
 
- CRM analysis & reporting
 - Communication targeting and result tracking
 - KPI analysis and management
 - Client communication tools development and management
 
 Main activities: - CRM business planning and execution (Acquire new customers, maintain and develop existing customers)
 - Manage communication tools, targeting, and analysis
 - Create analysis reports regularly
 - Building customer engagement and loyalty programs
 - Co-work with IT team and agency to implement/extend marketing analysis tools
 - Manage marketing budgets
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute CRM related events, Newsletter and SNS execution
 
Requirements:
 
 
 
- Good understanding of retail business, CRM or Client development experience with proven track record of developing and managing retention programs
 - Working level capability to use the key CRM tool and high level of excel, analysis tools
 - Proficiency in English to discuss directly with head office
 - Open-minded communication, teamwork, team management, strategic thinking
