We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate Manager for our client in the Pharmaceutical / Contract Research Organization industries.

This is a leadership position, with further internal career growth available. You will work on important clinical research projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Research Associates.
• Create and implement strategies to improve clinical trial processes.
• Ensure clinical trials meet industry standards, including ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to complete projects successfully.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical research.
• Prior team management experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
