We are seeking a Country Manager to lead our client's cybersecurity business in Japan.
This role involves driving growth and profitability in the Japanese market. You will lead the expansion of a well-known cybersecurity brand, work with a global team, and influence important decisions and growth plans in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage profit and loss in Japan.
- Create and implement sales, service, and distribution plans for growth.
- Find and recruit new distributors and resellers to expand market reach.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Establish a network of partners to promote security solutions.
