Our client, a leading global provider of outsourced services in the tech industry, is seeking an experienced People and Culture (Country HR) Manager for their Japan operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a strong HR team in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment, with a focus on talent acquisition, retention, and development. Enjoy the flexibility of working 3-4 days from home each week while managing a local HR team and collaborating with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead HR strategy for Japan operations

Qualifications:
