Our client, a global leader in high-performance data centers, is seeking a Costing Manager to oversee budgeting and cost control for data center construction projects in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, focusing on Japanese construction costing and contract administration.

グローバルリーダーのデータセンタープロバイダーが、日本国内のデータセンター建設プロジェクトにおける予算とコスト管理を担当するコストマネージャーを募集しています。このポジションでは、日本の建設コスト管理と契約管理を中心に、ダイナミックで多文化な環境での仕事が期待されています。

業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- 日本国内のデータセンタープロジェクトにおけるコスト見積もりの作成
- プロジェクト予算の監視と管理を行い、予算オーバーを防止
- 契約管理および契約関連の問題解決
- コスト差異分析を実施し、最適化提案を行う
- 日本の建設基準および規制への適合を確保
- 関係者と協力してプロジェクト予算を整合
- 建設プロジェクトのコスト管理措置を実施
- Develop cost estimates for data center projects in Japan
- Monitor and control project budgets to prevent overruns
- Administer contracts and resolve contract-related issues
- Conduct cost variance analysis and propose optimizations
- Ensure compliance with Japanese construction standards and regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project budgets
- Implement cost control measures for construction projects

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- 日本国内でのコスト管理またはプロジェクト管理の経験10年以上
- ビジネスレベルの日本語（JLPT N2）および流暢な英語力
- 日本の建設プロジェクトおよび規制に関する経験
- 日本のコスト見積もりソフトウェア（例：KENPLAN、D-Cube）の熟練度
- コストエンジニアリング、建設管理、または関連分野の学位
- 日本式の数量積算とコスト見積もりの経験
- 日本の建設資材と方法に関する理解
- 専門資格（例：AACE、建設コスト管理スペシャリスト）があれば尚可
- 国際的なコスト見積もりツール（例：CostX、RSMeans）の経験
- 10+ years in cost control or project control in Japan
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2) and fluent English
- Experience with Japanese construction projects and regulations
- Proficiency in Japanese cost estimating software (e.g., KENPLAN, D-Cube)
- Degree in Cost Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience with Japanese-style quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
- Understanding of Japanese construction materials and methods
- Professional certification (e.g., AACE, Construction Cost Management Specialist) is a plus
- Experience with international cost estimating tools (e.g., CostX, RSMeans)
