Our client is a prominent Japanese company in the internet business, known for pioneering projects in Japan.

The successful candidate for this role will take a position in the Corporate Planning Division, responsible for the group's growth strategy, M&A activities, IR functions, management of group subsidiaries, and various managerial projects.

主な業務内容:

• 中期経営戦略の策定
• ビジネス成長戦略の設計及び評価
• 国内外のM&Aの取り組みのリーダーシップ
• IR業務と子会社の運営管理
• 管理会計および戦略的プロジェクト、機密業務の取り扱い

必須資格:

• 上場企業での経営/ビジネス企画の経験3年以上
• 投資銀行、コンサルティング、または証券会社での経験3年以上
• フィンテック業界に関する知識
• 英語のビジネスレベル
