Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Japan's regulations by managing compliance policies and internal controls.
- Conduct inspections and investigate potential policy breaches.

- Act as the compliance point of contact, advising departments on regulatory issues.
- Identify and document compliance risks, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.

Qualifications:
- Native Japanese speaker with fluent English.
