Specialized Group is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager for a leading consumer goods / FMCG company.

This position is an opportunity to step up your career & play a key role in the financial management of a leading company. The suitable candidate will be capable of strategic decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for marketing, including investment and pricing decisions.
• Analyze marketing investments to assess financial performance and provide insights.
• Oversee company planning and forecasting, ensuring budgets are followed and governance is maintained.
• Manage marketing costs and resource allocation in line with company strategy and shareholder interests.
• Conduct financial evaluations for pricing and portfolio strategy.
• Establish and uphold accounting and governance standards within the marketing department.
• Promote financial understanding and skills among the Marketing team.
• Lead efforts to improve business processes and financial controls.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of commercial finance experience, FMCG industry experience beneficial.
• Finance degree or professional accounting qualification.
• Skills in financial analysis methods like ROI and NPV.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, company planning processes, and marketing principles.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
