• 競合分析、RevPAR及びRGIの評価、顧客動向のモニタリング。
• 施設の価格設定とビジネスミックス決定のための市場調査。
• 各部門と連携し、収益戦略の実施。
• 予約傾向の分析に基づくサービス需要の調整。
• 収益管理システムの操作指導。

• チームリード及び組織化の経験。
• 部門横断的なコミュニケーション能力。
• ホテル業界での収益管理及び価格設定戦略に関する知識。
• 関連分野での4年以上の実務経験。
