当社のクライアントは、ホテル業界のリーダーとして、2つのホテル（高級ホテルとライフスタイル型ホテル）の収益と利益性を管理する収益管理ディレクターを募集しています。この役職では、市場戦略、価格設定、販売目標の策定と実施を行い、市場リーダーシップやゼネラルマネージャーと密接に連携します。
業務内容：
- - 価格戦略の策定を通じた需要の刺激
- - 月次、四半期、年次の収益目標の達成
- - 各流通チャンネルでの客室およびレストランの配分管理
- - 流通チャンネル別の予約実績の分析
- - 競争力のある料金分析戦略の開発
- - 提供されたツールを用いた収益予測
- - 予約チームの運営管理
- - 販売戦略チームへの収益管理トレーニング
- - 販売部門とマーケティング部門との連携による最適な価格とプロモーションの実施
- - 競合他社の価格と流通チャンネルの監視
- - 収益管理のための年間予算プロセスの主導
応募資格：
- - ホテル収益管理での5年以上の経験（必須）
- - 収益管理システム（RMS）の経験
- - 予測と予算編成のための強力な分析スキル
- - プロパティ管理システム（PMS）の習熟
- - 市場戦略の開発経験
- - ホテルの販売戦略およびマーケティング戦略の経験
- - 複数のプロパティを同時に管理する能力
- - 競争力のある料金分析の知識
- - 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップスキル
Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop pricing strategy for hotel revenue to stimulate demand
- - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- - Manage room and restaurant allocations across distribution channels
- - Analyze booking performance by distribution channel
- - Develop competitive rate analysis strategy
- - Forecast revenue using provided tools
- - Oversee Reservations team operations
- - Train sales strategy team on revenue management
- - Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for optimal pricing and promotions
- - Monitor competitor pricing and distribution channels
- - Lead annual budgeting process for revenue management
Qualifications:
- - 5+ years in hotel revenue management (mandatory)
- - Experience with revenue management systems (RMS)
- - Strong analytical skills for forecasting and budgeting
- - Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS)
- - Experience in market strategy development
- - Experience with hotel sales and marketing strategies
- - Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- - Familiarity with competitive rate analysis
- - Strong communication and leadership skills
