- Develop pricing strategy for hotel revenue to stimulate demand
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Manage room and restaurant allocations across distribution channels
- Analyze booking performance by distribution channel
- Develop competitive rate analysis strategy
- Forecast revenue using provided tools
- Oversee Reservations team operations
- Train sales strategy team on revenue management
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for optimal pricing and promotions
- Monitor competitor pricing and distribution channels
- Lead annual budgeting process for revenue management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in hotel revenue management (mandatory)
- Experience with revenue management systems (RMS)
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting and budgeting
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Experience in market strategy development
- Experience with hotel sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Familiarity with competitive rate analysis
- Strong communication and leadership skills
