Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications. You'll manage Comms & PR for two major,high-end properties.

This is a senior role, with team management responsibility. This is a great chance to step up your management career and lead multiple teams at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage marketing / communications teams
• - Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies.
• - Manage marketing budget.
• - Create special events.
• - Lead social media channel strategy (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Tripadvisor).
• - Oversee website content and updates.
• - Act as representative for media inquiries and build media relationships.
• - Create press kits, releases, and other media materials.
• - Coordinate public relations activities and engage with various media.
• - Organize PR activities and events (eg. press visits and conferences).
• - Collaborate with local community leaders and groups.
• - Promote sustainable / x`"green" initiatives.

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience in public relations.
• - Hotel industry experience.
• - Luxury experience (preferred).
• - Strong relationships with local and national media.
• - Experience with major social media platforms.
• - Event planning experience (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
