Our client, a renowned hotel in Tokyo, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing and communications strategies. This role offers the opportunity to drive hotel awareness and revenue through innovative digital marketing, PR, and strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • - 年間マーケティング計画の策定と収益目標の調整
  • - ウェブサイト、SEO/SEM、オンラインプレゼンスの管理
  • - ソーシャルメディア戦略とコンテンツ作成の監督
  • - メディア、インフルエンサー、パートナーとの関係構築
  • - キャンペーンのパフォーマンスを監視し、レポートを提供
  • - ブランドの認知度を高めるためのコラボレーションの実施
  • - 必要に応じて危機管理コミュニケーションをサポート
  • - Develop annual marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
  • - Manage website, SEO/SEM, and online presence
  • - Oversee social media strategy and content creation
  • - Build relationships with media, influencers, and partners
  • - Monitor campaign performance and provide reports
  • - Execute collaborations to enhance brand visibility
  • - Support crisis communications when required

Qualifications:
  • - ホスピタリティまたはラグジュアリーブランドのマーケティング経験
  • - 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
  • - SEO/SEMを含む強力なデジタルマーケティングスキル

  • - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
